  • There's a massive gap in quality support for men's mental health and personal development. Even in corporate leadership coaching, most programmes just scratch the surface - they don't go deep into the real transformation work. As a single mother raising two boys, I'm passionate about helping men become the fulfilled, healthy versions of themselves they're meant to be.

    That's where I come in as your female ally. I bridge the gap between intuition and practical support, giving you a space to express yourself freely without judgment or emotional baggage attached.

    Men and women's brains work differently. Talking to other guys often gives you the same limited perspective you already have.   • Sessions happen online via Zoom. I use Fathom to record, transcribe, and summarize our sessions so you have everything for reference.

    If you're in the Birmingham area, I can do in-person sessions when available. Some of my best work happens during "walk and talk" sessions in the park or insightful conversations over coffee.
